Bose Speakers in Seats (Advance Tech Pkg)

Anyone ever have problems with the speakers on the shoulder rests of the seats. It seems on mine that they aren't as loud as my previous M, is there a certain setting i can adjust it or does it need to be replaced?

you probably need to turn up the surround sound setting...if you go to the audio settings, you'll see the option in there...that's the only thing i can think of...hope that helps..good luck!

i'm pretty sure i have everything turned up, but i'll check again. Would there be anything else to check? im still under warranty so i dont mind taking it in, but just rather do it myself then to waste time at the the dealer.
