Hey guys, I normally stay in the 240 vert section of nico, but I have a problem maybe ya'll can help me out with. I am working on a 94 maxima for my friend. The stereo is the bose equipped system. The display on the stereo won't turn on, or all of it lights up at once. When I put in a CD i hear the CD spin, when it does decide to play for a few seconds there is very faint music, other than that there is no music. please help, thanks. -Chris

Sounds like the head unit is toast. You should be able to find another Bose in your local junk yard, or just go with an aftermarket head unit. Or you could try this company.http://www.carstereohelp.com/bose.htm
