I recently purchased an 07 Infiniti m35x w/o the navigation package. I haven’t been able to use the seat speakers in the shoulders. Can someone explain to me how to access that and also how to remove and replace them.

Hi there! Have you had a chance to review the factory service manual(s) found on this site? The FSM may have instructions on how to access them.
