Ok I was workign on the bose and I noticed I have a cd-changer input and 2 din inputs 1 has a cable and the other is empty. What are these for? and I would if I can splice into then the one din goes to the trunk near the jack. I wonder if its for the phone?

Call a high end audio installer in your area (or Bose).

Now is a good time to add the adapter for a subwoofer.
