Bose radio compatibility?

My sister is planning to get a 2010 Altima 2.5 (base model) which does not have a radio but the sales rep says it does include 6 speakers. Does anyone know if the stock Bose radio with 6 CD changer would work or does it require Bose speakers or special installation? Thanks. :confused:

The connections may be different. I am not completely sure, but the bose radio is tuned for the bose speakers. Honestly, you woul dbe better off getting an aftermarket unit.
