Bose Radio bulb replacement-1999 Nissan Pathfinder

I have the Bose radio system in my 1999 Pathfinder. I took the radio out and took the front panel off, exposing the PC board. I took the PC board out and repaired a few traces and now would like to replace the existing bulbs. They appear to be the Neo Wedge T4-type bulbs with blue rubber coverings. Some of the bulbs have burnt out.

It appears that the base holder is a surface mount part, which I cannot find. The base does not twist out like the bulbs in the A/C module. Does anyone know where this part may be found, or has anyone replaced these bulb assemblies? Can the base be removed and the bulb pulled and replaced, or can the assembly be replaced with an LED? I can solder anything as this is the type of work I do.
