Hi,I was wondering are Q45T Bose HU's swappable for instance I want use a 97-99 Q45T Bose HU on my 94 Q45T. I dguess it would work if the warie harness was identical in both cars. I contacted a website that specializes in Bose rpeairs and they advised me it was a plug and play swap but I wanted to know if anybody had tried this yet.

Thanx Trung

The new unit has worked flawlessly since installing in March of this year. I rarely use AM/FM, but when I do, I've had no problems.

Are you looking for the "t" model BBS rims for your 94? I have some I bought to use for snow tires and have decided to maintain a winter beater instead.

I think with shipping it cost me about $120, that's all I'm looking to get back out of it.

Whats up guys,

Just finished with Bose Head Unit Swap. It turned out perfect and it seems as if that it was rather easy and turned out perfect. The heardest part was getting the brackets off because the screws seemed to be screwed in by the worlds strongest man. I was even able to space the gap perfectly. Its also the same unit as my 1999 Q unit. It looks awesome. I will be uploading pics shortly. I am also looking for the OEM CD Changer for the Bose Head Unit. I want to put it in the glove compartment of my 1995 Q, I have built a custom box based on the OEM changer in my 1999 Q that fits perfectly in the glove compartment.

ThanxTrung

I also looking of rhte plug and play

I think if you put in your extra unit its a better fit, since its the same one i purchased, the model that you currently have has the squared edges.
