Bosch blades discounted at Pep Boys!

I dont know if this was posted before.. if so i apologize since i havent been on the site much in the past 6 months... but I needed to replace my bosch wiper blades and made a trip to pep boys.

I went to the counter with my 28" drivers side and 17" pass side bosch icon blades and much to my surprise they both rang up 50% off.The employee at pep boys said that he believes they are discontinuing the brand or the current styles... so get them while they are hot!

Found this while I was lurking the Altima coupe boards. Not sure if they made blades to fit our cars yet, but figured I would pass this along for anyone looking.

I saw them at our local Pep Boys about a week ago. They were sold out of the Versa sizes.

The rear wiper replacement is apparently a "dealer only" item. None of the normal wiper companies list a compatible replacement. The dealer lists it for close to $30.

Just the rubber replacement or the holder, too?

Which one/length are you buying at Costco for the rear? I'd much rather do it myself than pay the dealer prices.

Dealer only I think, had mine replaced they replaced the whole arm, the plastic and the rubber blade. cost me $14.99 for the whole wiper arm replacement

Thanks for clarifying that. I did the front ones myself but couldn't find a back one. I guess it really is a dealer only item; maybe I can get the dealer to give me the same $15 price that SpeedyV09 got.

Oh also to let you know, the rear windshield wiper blade is 14" inches just in case someone doesn't feel like going to the dealer, I tried to replace it myself there is something weird about it, the hooks for the blades don't match any type of windshield wiper hooks i've seen. Ended up falling off (never saw it again ;(

Pass, I will pay $14 for a rear windshield wiper blade assembly any day over a zip tie.

Like I said I tried that, huge mess, wouldn't ever recommend it. And when it really came down to it I felt like the wiper the OEM one is more like 14.5" or something I don't know I was just pissed when I got home to find no rear wiper blade. Called Nissan they had a new assembly for me within 2 days, good thing to the day after it started to snow like crazy!
