Well after reading and research I decided that a Bosch 044 in tank should be all I need for my power goals. So here are the steps I took along with my parts. I used -8 AN which is prob. overkill but better safe than sorry

Also do you think this will feed 500 rwhp??

* -8 12mm to 1.5 adapter* -8 bulkhead 90 deg* -8 bulkhead Nut* -8 to -8 female swivel* -8 strait swivel seal* -8 viton seal for bulkhead* Bosch 044 fuel pump* Bosch 044 fuel sock

Well I started by removing the factory fuel pump and removing the fuel level float, just to prevent damage. ( One Phillips head screw and with a soldier iron remove wire attached to float)

Then removed the factory pressure line to make room for the new pump. Also drilled the hole for the bulkhead to feed thru.

Smashed the opening of the pressure line and welded it shut. Also welded a new support for the fuel pump.

Fitted the pump on new assembly

Secured pump with hose clamp and spacer

Soldiered and crimped new ends for power cables, and reinstalled float assembly.

well thats about it

I don't think those zip ties will live long in the gas. Also why didn't u just run a bigger power and ground for it? Other than that very good job!.

yea, i had those on their just to keep the sock from slidding to far up, i guess i should replace them with a small hose clamp.also another good point is the wire size i was also thinking that, and i am replacing them now.

The pump is fine to 500whp... But I would also do the wiring as mentioned before.

I forget off the top of my head, but what is the size of the stock feed line? Because that also could be a limiting factor.

its all new -8AN braided but i was thinking that the return may not be big enoph and might cause high fuel pressure. Anyone know if the factory return line is going to work or will i need to go bigger??

factory return should be plenty for 500whp. the factory feed and return are good for around 600 whp i believe. a single walbro on 5/16" fuel lines (factory size) can break 500whp. nice install though.. should give you a good safety net for 500rwhp.

will the walboro pump with stock feed and return and tomei 600cc injectors be capable of 500rwhp? cause my new turbo setup is capable of getting me to that hp goal but im worried about my fuel setup.

Man, I just saw this write up after I put my twin walbro's down in the tank. I wish I would have done this instead.
