I have been a big Borla fan since I got my '03 350Z Brickyard..I love the sound because its not obnoxious, just throaty..which takes about 2000 miles to realize (once you install stand back cause it blows a lot of particles you don't wanna breathe, as was the case especially with my '05 Titan)....but anyway, I love the performance with a nice CAI..I know we can get one, I am partial to K&N...350Z scoop was a pain to get on but nice after (yes, I was worried about the scoop being on the low grill for water, but never a problem) and we have a "quasi intake scoop" with our altimas)..should be good to to go with a thin piece of shaped tube to the scoop..anyway i don't expect much from the intake but a nice sound. and gosh please don't put a throttle body spacer on, whistles are only good for turbos...anyway, I digress...I expect about 20-30HP avg and 10-15 ft-lbs with a nice breathing broke in system with a ECU reset..I assume with the altima its the same gas pedal mombo, we run..to reset our ecu's...anyway back to the point of the post...this may be smoke up my butt but hey, this is a new car and a new forum (for me)...so let's hope!

Thank you for contacting BORLA PERFORMANCE. We are currently working on a system for this vehicle. This system should be ready for sale in about 60-90 days. We are currently finishing up with all we have to do on this system. If you have additional questions regarding Borla exhaust check out our web site http://www.Borla.com you may contact me Direct anytime Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 PST with questions or concerns

PS - That's pretty much what we saw with our Z's....but I'd take a nice sound and 15 each way

Sweet, I hope it happens...theses exhausts are great (trust me I beat the crap out of it on my Titan) granted on the demand you'll pay a premium....I'll bet the retail for 917.99, pick one up for 849, that's a cat-back 304 no questions asked put it up put in on in less than an hour(unless your old exhaust is heat binded)....i can't wait

Oh, I was just assuming, it was the same procedure for pretty much all from 03 to 07, I haven't tried it on ours yet...and I don't have any "friends" to tell me in this area yet....I'll get on it, or if some one is a tech let us know!

ECU reset? You mean to reset after you install an intake and exhaust? If so, just drive the car and the comp will adjust itself.

Pedal stomping ECU reset after installing an intake and exhaust?! Uhh...Okay, whatever tickles your fancy!!

Your ECU automatically senses the increase in air volume and will adjust accordingly. That's what the MAF sensor is for. Or you can just keep stomping on your pedals if it makes you feel better.
