Borla exhaust for M45 Sport

Has anyone had a Borla exhaust on this model? Not a fan of Magnaflow and the ilk, but I've always loved the classy Euro burble of Borla on practically any V8.

I don't recall anyone going Borla but I may be wrong. Been here a while. Most go custom or custom + magnaflow. Some go Stillen.

If I recall correctly, Borla does not make an exhaust system for the M's or the Q70. They make a G35,37, etc which might be compatible and they do make an X design as well as the regular design.
My least fav is the Magnaflow - sounds like a cheap tart mustang or the like. Too gaudy and makes too much noise. Our cars should have a well bred, sophisticated growl like an S-class AMG or a Bentley.
I love my Tanabe Medalions. Love driving through a tunnel and mashing the pedal! Ahhhh the sweet, sweet note that says "get a load of ME".

Not sure what options are available for the V8's with AWD. Lots of members used to go with Megan's but they are VERY hard to find.

Man, thanks for the YouTube. Really helps. I'd love to save some $ and just get the mufflers and not the whole catback. I'm in total agreement on the classy sound. I'm old and can't handle the drone. I love the sound of the MB AMGs and M5s. That's the vibe I'm shooting for.

You can search and find dimensions of the magnaflow mufflers people used and find the borla with the same and have some installed. Def will have to be a custom install as stated above, they do not make a set for the M.
