Your alittle slightly vague with the valve requirements...

My block is 20 over... My machinist recommends nothing more than 40 so that it cools right. Some go more for other reasons.

I think you should keep your intake and exhuast valve sizes alone unless your ready to increase everything else. Look at the Basics thread to see some other things about all motor work.
