Has anyone tried a boot entry protector as this one:

If so, pics would be highly appreciated...

They had one on eBay awhile ago that had the TIIDA with LED's in it. I thought it was cool. But ya I want to get it for my versa. I've seen a Tiida with it installed, looks nice.

My thread from when I installed the Nissan OEM bumper protector.

Ordered from TheNismoShop... paid $40 including tax and shipping.

It's good quality plastic. Nothing shiny or fancy, it does the job and fits perfectly.

There are OEM Nissan Aluminum ones available from TheNismoShop.com too. I plan on picking up a full set soon. They're reasonably priced. Check them out: http://www.thenismoshop.com/ik...id=34

Note the slight curve on the piece he linked to... What he has shown us is a bumper protector (boot = trunk just about everywhere but the US).

Unfortunately, I can no longer find the link to the bumper protectors at TheNismoShop.

ahh yes. How could I be so foolish? I actually thought he meant boot protector as in you won't damage your door sill with your boots when you get in the car! LOL. Anyway, here's the link to the rear bumper protector: http://www.thenismoshop.com/ik...12212 I installed one of these too, it's nothing special but it's really good quality and looks nice on my black car. And it's come in handy a few times already when I was unloading groceries and would have otherwise scuffed the bumper. Just FYI, when you go to thenismoshop.com, click on catalog, and instead of clicking on Versa, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Nissan OEM Accessories" (it's the very last option with no pic), then click on Versa and you'll see all the OEM stuff.
