Boot cover on eBay

Just thought I would let you guys know, the guy I bought my car from said he found what he thinks is a boot cover in his barn. If it is he said I could have it. I have already bought a replacement one so I will be putting that one up for sale if it turns out to be a boot cover. Should find out in the next few days but I will be going to the beach for the whole week after Easter so I will let you all know once I get back.

Ok this really sucks. I have been watching this auction from the start, I am the one who has put a bid up for it. I was really hoping not to see it mentioned here as I have been looking for a long time for one and did not want to have to fight for it. I thought I was in the clear, then with 9hours to go in auction, boom...it gets advertised...I delayed starting a new job until tomorrow to monitor this...I really hope this ends well for me.

I bought my boot in good condtion (missing one snap) for $175 ($235 including shipping). I think that I got a good--not great, but good--deal.

This was after I saw a PRISTINE boot for over $450 a month or so before.

I hope it turns out well for all of you.

I saw this auction a couple days ago as well, and have been watching it.

I had planned to bid on it, but only if I could steal it (under $100). I've already got one.. so I figured I'd hold onto it for another person on the forum in the future.

It's already over $100... I predict it will end around $225 or so. I would say higher, but it's really not in the best condition.. it's fairly wrinkled and creased.

Sorry Torso.. These silly boots are like gold around here.. it was only a matter of time before someone mentioned it. I hope you win it!!! I'd try to discourage others from bidding on it, but it's a free market unfortunately so there's nothing that can be done.

Yep, I was surprised obviously as well at how much it went for. I wonder if that was due to the visibility it was given here..who knows. Regardless, I am sure the person who got it has been looking for one for a while just as me, so I am glad his/her's search is at least over. Hopefully I will be lucky one day and find someone willing to sell me one

Looks like someone is planning a little show vehicle of some kind perhaps. LCD rear view mirror, 7 inch LCD's, shakers..alot of ICE basically..also lots of cosmetic bolt on stuff. Though I am most interested in seeing how the rainbow neon lighting is deployed....yes..very interested. And of course..last but not least....how literally boxloads and boxloads of stripper clothes fit into the picture.

WOW...$360 for that boot. Well, grats to Ish on the new boot. I do have an extra boot that I'm putting up for sale. It's a bit dusty but after I get back from my beach vacation next week I'll clean it up, post pics and put it up for sale. I'd love to get that kind of money for it but I'm just looking to recoup what I spent to buy one when I didn't have one. I will give details after I get back (April 15th).
