Boosting problem??? RB20

Okay so my car has been boosting at 11 lbs. and this is after i turned the MBC all the way down! Somebody maybe thought there was something wrong with it, so just to see what would happen i removed it and put everything back to its stock form, and my car is still boosting at 11 lbs. What could be the deal?

where are you referencing your boost signal from?

My boost gauge!! Just a plain old vacuum line feed boost gauge!

The stock actuator is set to 10 lbs on an rb20 so you won't be able to go any lower than that. Your gauge may be a little off.
