boosting need help

im looking to boost my car around tax time was wondering what kit to go with and what i need to hit 400whp i do have six speed and 3.5. just trying get parts list together to get all done

Turbonetics has a kit I believe.

You need the following:

Turbo
Piping
Turbo Exhaust Manifold
Blow Off Valve
Piggy Back ECU Dealie or UpRev to tune it, but I think the stock ECU will handle up to 5psi I read somewhere.
Possibly bigger injectors depending on your power goals.
Waste Gate
Oil feed and return lines
Intercooler

That should get you started, however, there are a lot of odds and ends along the way you may need.

You're looking anywhere from 3K to 5k for parts (brand name parts) and labor.

AND PLEASE have a backup fund when things break.

If you're shooting for 400WHP i would suggest getting an aftermarket clutch and HLSD as well.
