Car: 1996 240sx. ka24de Na hopefully soon to be boosted

Post

So i'm thinking about building up and boosting a motor this winter. it's a 96 model with ka24de so i'm thinking about getting another ka and building that up so my car will still run. how much do you guys think it will cost me to boost a ka?, with everything I need internal wise and if i'm better off buying a ka-t to throw in there, thanks in advance.

I wouldn't suggest buying someone else's boosted car. You might end up spending more fixing issues and short cuts than upgrading your car.

When it comes to cost, it depends on your goals and if you are doing the work yourself and the parts you buy. So no one can give you a direct answer when it comes to that.

When ever I am building a new car, I get a spare engine and build that while the car is running. That way I know that the engine going in is basically brand new and is what I want.
Then when I take the old engine out, I build that one as well so that I always have a spare engine.
