Your rant might be more credible if:

a) you had more than one post (n00b)b) you didn't type in all caps-lockc) you punctuated your sentences correctly

I've heard nothing but good about boostdesigns, their service, and their products, and many members (eg, Klattr1) have had very positive experiences with them. Perhaps be a bit more descriptive with your complaint to try to make us heed it...

If you cant state your complaint clearly and with supporting information or evidence, then dont bother. You sound like an idiot.

Let me illarate for him. i have a person that tried to get set up as a dealer with my company when i first got into this business who sent me a copy of another companys business license and claimed it to be his own. me being new to the business should have verified it before letting him order thru me at a dealer level but did not. this individual sent money for a turbo an oil line sets and a wastegate. he was advised the turbos i carry he insisted on getting one paticular kind that he was told would be a special order item. he had no problem and insisted on ordering it anyhow so i did. in the mean time his wastegate and oil line sets were sent out a week later after purchase, he was advised the turbos were coming from from overseas he said again he didnt care he wanted it. no problem. in the last month i have recieved emails from this gentlman insisting that i give him a refund!!! 1 i do not offer refunds on special order items at all no exceptions and when i told him this he assured me i would or he would prosecute me for mail fraud and for internet fraud. 2 i dont fall for the threat bull**** i have a legit order and i will not be strong armed by anyone i dont care who they are or what they say they will do especially when they insist upon it. so i insisted he proceeded with what ever action he deemed necessary. so at this point i guess he figured he would not be able to bull**** me with the threats so he told me he was going to go on the forum and make me wish i would have never opened my business. so i also insisted he do what ever he thought he needed to do. i will not be threatend by anyone especially a lying kid. i have a brilliant cusotmer relationship with my customers and you cannot find one person, i have not sent there product to, most of the time ahead of time. definently in the time frame allowed on the website so this goes out to you sean you did what you said and i still am not budging at this point nor will i in the future and as i said in all the many threatning emails before you will get the turbo when it gets to my office and not one day sooner and now at this point i will not even call and inquire with it again to rush matters with the distributor when they send it i will recieve it. then you will recieve it. so you can go to anywhere or tell anyone you want it still does not change the fact that you ARE!! going to wait on it at this point, like it or not. and if i can get you prosecuted for the threats and sending fake business credentials i will do everything in my power to do so. this is my last post on the matter!!!!!!!

Damn. You coulda just said he wasnt credible and it woulda been done. ...No need to go into all these specifics: I think everyone here has a lot of faith in your company - both by reputation and experience. I wouldnt jeopardize all that with internet-drama bickering over BS claims from a fraudulent kid. Even though you seem to be in the right, indulging this kinda crap never seems to make anyone look good.

'S okay though. The post will be deleted/locked within moments I'm sure

Three losers out of 36+ winners ain't bad. If I remember correctly, you were "affiliated" with one of them.
I was affiliated with him before he went sour. And the point of my argument "we've had poor sponsors before" was to point out that NICO has been taking extra care to choose quality sponsors. It should be taken as a compliment to those who are deemed "quality sponsors".

If i was waiting around for 3 months for a turbo, i'd be mad as well. You would have to be a fool to say you wouldn't be mad as well. Sounds like boost didn't have his hook ups and should not make a profit on this deal. If you where a local shop, i'd ask for a refund or ask to get it at cost or get some free parts out of the deal. Now i don't know neither one of these guys..just giving my 2 cents.

maybe you should reread what actually happened. fuzionperfor was told ahead of time that the specific turbo he wanted was a special order that would be coming from over seas. if you've ever ordered ANYTHING from overseas, you'd know that you really can't give an eta as to when you'll recieve what you ordered. unless you pay out the yingyang for decent shipping, stuff usually get shipped through pony express...

pony express + crossing an ocean = you'd better have some patience

for side show bob i am not being a smart *** so please dont take it that way, but you dont haft to worry about me making profit on it becouse he lied and sent fake documentation to be set up as a resaler so he basically got it at cost. so not only have i had to deal with his bull**** and lies and harrasment i also basically haft to give it to hime for a little over what i paid for it. now imagine how hapy i am at this point. and i honestly could care less how he feels after the circus he tried to start on here. thanks

Boostdesigns owns you FuzionPerfor lol. For anyone out there that doesn't understand this, special order = you wait a long time. For anything, not just car parts. I special ordered a TV Tuner box for my comp, and that sucker took a month and a half to come, even after the guy said 7-10 days. 99% of the time, it is not the company you ordered from that is at fault for the delays, they want you to get what you ordered just as bad as you do. It is the company THEY ordered from, or so on and so forth. Dealers are middle men, I've learned this from working at La-Z-Boy in the warehouse. The sales people and customers can ***** as much as they like, its not going to get the product to them any sooner. 3 months is 3 months or LONGER. If its longer, all you can do is apologize for the inconvience, because like boost said, SPECIAL ORDER IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Espically on Italian Leather Sofas lol. You bought it, you get it when its in and ready. So Fuzion, stop your whining. Besides, all Boost has to do is take YOU to court for fraudulent business practice, and then you don't get anything, except some fines or a stint with Bubba. Stop wasting forum space for god sakes, most of us like boost, and your CAPS and threats will most likely have alot more people than Boost pissed off at YOU. You'll get your damn turbo, and stop with the damn threads, because I keep thinking boost is updating us on the manifold, and then it ends up being YOUR GARBAGE.

Don't worry - I have a couple friends (and a relative or two) about ten miles up the road in Hollidaysburg and Altoona that I can call to pay him a visit.

BTW, trying to pass yourself off as a business by giving a fake tax ID is not only a chump's way of trying to get cheap parts, it's also a Federal offense. Good thing we have all the info we'll need to turn him in.

Good going, doofus.

I read your first post, it was kinda fuzzy in the begining. From i read, a dealer orders a turbo from you and now the buyer is complaining. If he was indeed a dealer and you charged him "at cost", He should of requisted the item be sent "air express" rather then by sea. In most cases,he would have a customer waiting for that item. I'm sure the air shipping cost is not more then the discounts you gave the guy. Hindsight is 20-20

actually in the case of a turbo you should check with UPS a turbo sent express from china will run you 200.00 this is becouse of the weight of the turbo thats the half of it. the other half is he was not a dealer so there is not a customer waiting on it only a lying kid trying to get a great deal by posing to be something he is not. isnt karma awful in this situation. i hope that this thread can eventually turn into something more positive like the quality i try to put in these systems but i guess you haft to deal with the haters in the world as well as honest people. thanks

Yep - The bottom lnie is, this clown (Fuzion) ain't a "dealer", nor is he even a legit business.

So he got what was coming to him.

Anyone taking money from a small bussiness like BoostDesigns should have the crap kicked out of them...just my .02 Its hard enough to keep up with the Greddy's and Apexi's of the performance world without getting raked over the coals by your own customers. For the record, my opinion isn't always the consensus of my fellow mod/admins of NICO.

On a side note, I'll be out in the FWB area here pretty soon PJ. I'd like to swing by and check out your shop, or just have a few beers. I'll be in touch.

I was assuming the turbo was coming from Japan. Now adays, most companies are having their stuff built there to save a buck. Thats some mighty high shipping rates. I can't stand ups!! Try the shipping rates from fedex. In most of the stuff i order on ebay, fedex was cheaper. And yea, i do request the sender to send by fedex!! I know a few ppl that own machine shops and speed shops. Would this mean that they are dealers or could become dealers? Geez... i could become a dealer in my other hobby with a quick email to paulo or chris.I already have the only c2001 in the 4 state region and no one else knows of any newer ones either.

On a side note, i've noticed a few parts that none of the nico bussinesses sell, or any other business for that matter, sells for the nissan. Since i threw out some of my old sport compact car mags a few years ago, unknown if they make them for the honda. I'm sure the following is going to piss someone off. If you mass produce the parts, your going to make a few bucks. Any interest in passing the buck or sending me the parts after you build them?? The downside is, after you make them, every other shop will make a knock off of yours. If i could motivate the 240's in kc to get my car progressing, i'd let them in on "it" Ok start complaining!!

FedEx can be f-ing retarded:Bought 4 wheels/tires (combo) from Maryland, shipped to CT. Thats a 4 hour drive. Two packages, 80lbs each. Somehow the second package gets divided in half, and one wheel is missing. Instead of figuring out that there is something wrong at the shiping warehouse when one of the packages now weighs 40lbs and not 80, the FedEx guy drops them off (one ripped open) at my garage door and runs for his truck before I can even get out of my house, yelling "I'm sorry!" and leaves very promtly. That was in August 2004. I'ms till trying to get my money out of FedEx. The package did not have insurance, but COME ON. You do not loose a friggin WHEEL with a TIRE on it during a 4 hour ride from Maryland to CT. It's not a frikkin needlepin.
