I like how you put in your settlement that you want the turbocharger. Since you know, he is getting you the turbocharger, by the time the BBB gets it settled, you'll have the turbo and the complaint was pointless.

So far you're the first person I've seen complain about boost designs, and considering how you came off with your last post, I don't think you've read this forum much, otherwise you would've known to make your post with some intelligence rather than a retarded crack baby that just hopped the border (which is about where I'm at). Other than that, learn some damn patience. I was told my coilovers would be in by the end of the week at the latest. It was a little under two months by the time I got them. Yeah I called almost every day to make sure they didn't forget me, hell even when i went there today and it's been well over amonth since I bought them (I never met them in person, only talked on the phone.) As soon as I mentioned the coilovers the guy knew it was me. If you order something special, especially if it's shipped from outside the U.S, it's going to take a while. From what I've heard of boost designs, I imagine he would've told you that right off the bat, and you just didn't really think about it because you really wanted your turbo. Anyways, he got the stuff he had out to you very quickly. Most of the other stuff we see about companies waiting months they don't send you anything till you start really threatning them.

I have no opinion about the whole license thing, because I know nothing about them. Either way, online, it's whoever makes the best impression, until physical proof comes up anyways, and you just kind of made yourself look like some snotty little brat. Congrats.

So it looks like he's going to get his parts really soon..

I don't see a problem with this. I know that NICO members will want to protect this company because they sponsor our site and this forum, but when you have to wait 3 months for something that was supposed to take 3 weeks, I think that merits some sort of legal action. At least he's still in contact with the seller.

And NICO has had some pretty poor quality sponsors, but I'm sure the higher-ups realize this, and take extra care now when choosing sponsors..

For FuzionPerfor:What has been boost design's excuse for you not getting your parts?Let us know the outcome of this ordeal...

EDIT*******: After reading your other post directed at boost designs, I can say that you're the one at fault here. You won't really do much with the BBB when they hear boost design's side of the story... you'll just be wasting everyone's time. Have a nice day...

your sarcasm is really not called for, you only know a partial story you act as if this kid is an honest by standard when in fact he obtained false documents right off the bat to be setup with me in order to get the parts he ordered AT DEALER COST!!!. he was told from the get go that turbo was a special order from overseas and he still wanted it. this part of 3 weeks is crap you dont get anything from overseas in 3 weeks unless you are having it sent EMS which on the weight of a turbo would be about 200.00 there for it was going to be combined with other orders coming from there. this he also knew and did not have a problem with. you are seeing the results of a temper tantrum he is putting up thinking it will make me do something out of policy and out of character and neither is going to happen. i have already spoken with the BBB a mr. halstrom here in town showed him documentation and he even laughed at your claim. again for the last time sean you will get your turbo when it arrives to me and no sooner i dont care now if you call George Bush himself you will wait its principal at this point. and crzycav86 if you feel becouse of this post you should not ever order when you have cannot see what this child is trying to do then please DO NOT ORDER!!! boost designs is a solid reputable company but everyone at one point or another has to make a stand especially if it starts to affect his monry and way of life, and thats what i have done i will not be swayed in my decision in this matter by anyone.

Give it up Fuzion,Its a shame you want to bad mouth this company when you tried to cheat him and got caught. If you actually had a business license, I'm sure PJ would file a LEGITIAMTE complaint against you.PJ, you seem to have to best prices around and plenty of folks are interested in your products. But I'm sorry you have to deal with crap like this...

idiots.....if its such a big deal why dont you fly to japan and get your damn turbo. I cant stand people like this who try to ruin peoples livelyhood. Anyways regardless of this, I am still planning on ordering my turbo-kit from boostdesigns in February. Why?? Because aside from this ghetto post all i have heard is good things about the company AND there prices are simply unbeatable.

I think you misconstrued my post(and didn't read my edit).

I made a judgement based on his side of the story(before reading your side). After reading your side, I thought over my judgement, and I agree with you.

Nevertheless, if a company takes 3 months to ship something they promised 3 weeks to deliver, it merits legal action. Since this does not apply to you, I retract my statement.

And what I said about NICO having a few crappy sponsors in the past is true. In fact, three sponsors within the last year or so come to mind. I'm not saying that you're a bad one. So don't interpret it that way.

remind me again why it takes 3 months to order a common t3/t4 hybrid? there are 5 other places I can think of off the top of my head located in the states that could have it shipped in 48 hours.

I didn't mean it like that, I meant that the other companies 've read about, they usually cut contact, then after enough threatning and a lot of months, they send out some small stuff to shut you up for a bit. Then you complain some more and after some more months of them ignoring you and not responding, they might refund your money or give you your stuff. Where as boost designs obviously hasn't cut contact which the guy and he shipped everything he had of the order immediatly.

Toki: Have you ever ordered anything from overseas? He didn't have the turbo in stock, it was a special order item. If you really want to see how fast the postal service is, track how long parts sit in customs before they clear. Also, you don't order stuff the same way from japan, they usually send over crates. So they take everything you ordered, and ship it, which happens like once a month (at least for the shop I was dealing with, I was lucky enough to order while one crate was on it's way so I had to wait the full time till thenext one because they were out of stock on the coilovers.)

Boostdesigns: I am getting curious though, what kind of turbo was it? Not that it makes a difference, just figure that if we're talking about it so much might as well find something out about it.

well mainly the reason it takes that long is becouse i am not connected with 10 different turbo dealers i only deal with one becouse of 2 reasons 1 you haft to do a buy in to get setup which is not cheap to begin with 2 is to find a company here in the USA that will warranty a turbo without sayin they haft to send it out or will haft to wait for 3-4 weeks the company i deal with will stand by their poduct and warranty them. also they custom build and trim them to my specifications which is important when your in my business becouse customers do not want to wait 3-4 weeks for warranty work or custom work and be without their vehicle. so true there may be more companys out there that sell turbos their not the ones i choose to use but their who i use. and when my supplier tell me they do not carry that in stock and it has to be ordered then thats what i take has to be done. its not my place to question their inventory or company policys. and as you can see through his behavior this has not been an easy transaction to say the least but i assure you he knew how long it would take and he agreed saying he did not care. i guess when your using other peoples info as your own you haft to go with who would hook you up. LUCKY ME!!

Send him his money back and tell him to get his s**t somewhere else from now on. You don't need customers like that. Evidentally someones never ordered car parts before. I waited for a month and a half for my exhaust system.

Wow fuzion, stop being a f*****. **** takes time to do sometimes and to get a custom order trimmed turbo built to his specifications, its goning to take time. I know IT SUCKS, but that is life. You should have atleast asked for your money back before filing a BBB compliant. Come on dude, what are you 15? Did your mommy tell you to send a BBB compliant. Anyway, just chill out and let PJ do his job. They won;t have been a sponsor here if they were bad guys now would they?

Also, why would you post your inofmation on this board?

Fuzion, you sound like a jackoff. Get off our forums. Seriously.

[EDIT] - I just read your other post. You're outta here. Expect a nice notice from your ISP as well.

If anyone out there can find a forum for Nissans that has as many high-quality sponsors as we do, then by all means go there.

crzycav - We've had "some pretty poor quality sponsors?" You gotta be kidding me.

Three losers out of 36+ winners ain't bad. If I remember correctly, you were "affiliated" with one of them.
