I'll stop by to see if any progress has been made. Since today's my only day off rill next Sunday, I'm trying to stay away from places that makes me think about cars; especially since I can't do anything to any of my own right now. But don't worry, yours is next on the chopping block!

Well the manifold looks awesome and is designed well minus the part of bolting the turbo on... :) Your going to need some bolts, nuts, a bench grinder and a cup of water.

If there isn't a big demand, why create the over-head. For people that know what they want, they will be the ones that will have custom manifolds. And for those that just want to run 7-10psi of boost, may as well keep the stocker.

The bottom mount manifolds won't be to easy to do and since there's no demand, I don't think I can convince my friend to give it a go, unless he had the specific vehicle that was getting this. The top mount can possibly be done with less difficulty and the price would bprobably be in the same ball park as the other because the only difference would be the turbo's flange.

Bro,

I don't mean to sound like a prick, but I will let you know when they are ready and this I have told you before. I would rather come to you when they are ready than you keep poking at me. If you're getting impatient, I will gladly send you your money back "Point Blank". I am not the maker of the manifolds and I am not making any $$$s on them as well. My friends have a responsibility and they will carry it out as proven before, but please don't keep stirring up this stupid post asking me the same questions when you and I can communicate off this forum. I have other people waiting for their manifolds as well and you're the only one that seems to be the more antsy of the bunch. If you can't wait anymore, then let me know and I will mail you back you money. But if this is what you really want, think of it as a part coming from Japan and be patient.

I work throughout the day, so I'm not available to baby-sit grown men with welding equipment. These guys know if they want to get paid, they have to produce goods. And besides that, there's a few ahead of yours anyway; but yours will get done. So please man, keep the questions off the forums and in my email inbox!

Thank You,

D'Angelo

Hey Jon,

Cams made it okay and they are in great shape! Drop me an email to let me know what's next and if you want your HKS camshafts to roll with a manifold. I'll be waiting as I'm off tomorrow, so I can go handle some of the forum members' business.

Dee, advice, on the new manifolds, the turbo clearance is VERY close (my turbo touches the valve cover) and please god try some bolts and nuts on it because its a ***** to bolt on.

Hey Nick,

Send me a pic via email of your set-up! I would like to see how it looks on your car. If you're not satisfied with the way it is, I can see to it that it is corrected or replaced. I want you to be happy with what you spent your hard earned money on and especially if it was spent through me. They will be using my own 240 now instead of a customer's, so they can take their time and not be in such a hurry! Please let me know because I aim to please those who are willing to pay for performance.

Lol theres nothing wrong with it that a bench grinder and dremel tool couldnt fix. Ill take pictures in a little bit. I bought a HUGE t3/t04e that had spots of a heat shield and i had to remeove one of the heat shield screws so that that turbine could sit right but it touches the valve cover. The only other thing is the back right hole (nearest to the clutch master) is so close to the manifold, we had to cut a bolt to perfectly fit and grind the side of a nut down to get it to cram in there and wedge against the manifold while the screw tighted down. Its all good though and ill post pics tonight.
