how much boost wuld a stock E hold wiht about 113000 miles on it.....and how long would it hold up...

That depends ona thousand different factors, none of which you have provided. Please do a little more research on FI, search the KA24ET forum, etc. This question is far too broad and has far too many variables to give any kind of conclusive or informative answer on.
