ok im buying an SR20 and wanting to know what turbo upgrade i should buy on a fairly limited budget, looking for about 350WHP, so the turbo has to support it any suggestions?

Go to the SR forums and do a lot of reading, you can answer all your questions there.

350 hp isnt cheap at all. You might want to start with a stock SR and save your cash. My stock s13 SR with a FMIC put down a 8.5 in the 8th mile which is about a 13.2 in the quarter. Thats fast as balls for a stock engine btw.. 350 is just a number, your looking for a fast, fun car, and a stock sr is reasonably economical and a good way to get that.

wow kinda expensive, im using the car for mostly a time attack situation gettin through windy roads FAST! i know most will be suspension but i want enough power in the motor

yeah.. spend more time/money on your suspension (i.e. coilovers, bushings, arms, etc). imo, 230whp is fun enough for the streets.
