boost spiking

i hooked my exhaust up yesterday i was running just a downpipe when i had it setup that way the wastegate would open at 7 psi now that i hooked up the exhaust im spiking boost all the time some times it will go up to 17psi then come back down to 10 i changed the actuator and that didnt do anything im wondering if its cause im teeing off the wastegate line for my ssqv? any help would be appreciated

Yeah it has to be before the throttle body for pressure signal.

dont have the vacuum port on my hot pipe so i have to run by the throttle body thing is it was running its stock 7 psi now it just goes where it wants looks like i gotta drill a hole in my hot pipe

i also got a pcm valve type thing with my motor swap it came attached next to the ignitor does the pcm have something to do with the turbo and should i hook it up?? i cant seem to find info on it anywhere
