boost soliniod? is that how you spell?

im guessing thats how you spell it but you guys probably know what im talking about. but does a SR20DET boost soliniod fit onto a CA18DET or do i even need one? this shop said i needed one and another shop said they dont even use it. im confused

Solenoid and I doubt they are interchangeable.

It's crap, don't worry about it. Just use the vac diagram listed in the stickies.

As I've said before, I wasn't born knowing this stuff. I started messing with these cars and this motor when I was 18. I'm 25 now and am still learning.
