So, after installing my short ram from cosmo and removing all the intake parts I'm left with a dangling boost sensor. Where did you guys put it?

That is not a boost sensor. It is an intake air temp sensor. Mine is just dangling in the engine compartment. I kinda stuffed it on the side of the quarter-panel. Congrats on the intake. How do you like the short ram? Any noticable differences?

I would try to zip-tie it somewhere close to the intake so that you can at least get an accurate reading of the intake air temp.

Don't listen to those hooligans. You're not full of s**t. And it has nothing to do with the intake air temperature and has everything to do with the transmission. I zip tied mine to an evap hose but I've got Carlisle coming up so I've got to hide it better. LOL

Oh I'm not being mean to noobs. But here's a pic of what he's talking about.

And hopefully you kept the socket the intake temp sensor plugged into because if you don't it'll throw a CEL and the ECM will store a DTC which will make the car run like crap.

My apologies Kenny. I totally forgot about that.

But I'm still going to make that pic your avatar.

hey, thanks guys

yeah the cosmo short ram is great, I'm noticing more top end power and a real mean growl to scare the children away

the cosmo has a spot to plug in the air temp sensor so i'm cool in that regard, and I did pretty much zip-tie the sensor to the evap hose. Haha, funny though, I was thinking to myself, this looks okay, I mean, i did use a black zip-tie. But those guys on Nico must have bolted it somewhere! And come to find out you zip-tied it!

But now I'm all giddy over my Progress springs that just arrived today. But... I am more excited for monday when I get my Cattman RSB. As soon as I get it i'm throwin' it on. I wanna take some sweet turns.
