Is it possible that the ecu I got from stillin, (The jwt ecu), is causing the boost safety mode and code 34 for the detonation sensor, or do I really have a bad detonation sensor? Thanks

yeah, about a 1000 dollars, unless your ready to park your car for the winter in your garage and pull off the whole plenum. the sensor is buried on the middle of the block, there is a article on this forum for relocating it or bypassing it. I may do the relocation or replace it on the block where the nissan engineers put it. I haven't decided yet.

I did relocate it at the back of the plenum and it has worked fine, of coarse i had to buy a new sensor, but that was cheaper, now that i'm pulling the motor though to install garrett GT2871r turbos and a host of other parts i will install the sensor in its proper place.

And get a new harness, as the harness will fail with time too. Holy thread revival batman! Going to tech now.
