I see no guages listed in there. If you do not have adequate instrumentation I would not even bother. I have heard of people "listening for knock" while tuning without guages, bad juju.

does the shop who will be doing the dyno run have a wideband a/f sensor to watch your mix? I didn7t notice bigger injectors in that laundry list, are you still running the 370s? If they are not cleaned and squirting like new I would not push them past 250hp, at some point they will be a hinderance even with increased fuel pressure.

How the hell can a TD04 turbine wheel/housing flow enough air for 25-30psi? Please tell me where you are getting this information from, because a TD04 turbine housing is about the same size, if not smaller than a T25 housing.

Thats what it's rated, i'm not gonna test it out though hahathe spec on it is greddy stage 3 turbine. I was told it'ed handle that much boost.

The only reason I replaced it with that, is I needed something ASAP, my T25 is giving death smoke.

This is the specs if it helps. i wasn't planing on pushing more then 17psi at the max ever.

There was a guy from Sweden or some place like that that was running something like 290 whp on a td04 14g (I think, might have been a 16). You should be able to pull up the thread by searching the archived stuff... As long as your shop has a wideband you should be ok, just keep an eye on your fuel with stock injectors.

Sounds exactly like an SRT-4 turbo which is a TD04LR-15G. And those are good for 20psi max, so yeah, that sounds about right. Should be able to get about 300whp out of it...roughly.

my friend has a TD04 from a turbo dodge on his 1.6L 4AGZE engine. dynoed 261whp on 16psi i believe. they're still tuning it for water meth and 20psi but they have to upgrade from coil over plug to ICD ignition.

at the very minumum, get a fuel pressure regulator, and bump up the rail pressure if you want anything more than 230hp.
