I'm trying to boost up my stock turbo till 15 psi ,but can't seem to get it ...

my mods are :-front mount intercooler-3 row radiator-k&n air filter-3" inch custom exhaust-manual boost controller-supra TT fuel pump

I try to boost till 15 psi,,but it just hits 13-15 psi and comes right away and stays at 10 psi ,,bytheway, my ecu fuel cuts at 15 psi too..soo i'm trying to let it hold up at 14 psi atleast through out the rpm range till the redline !any suggestions ?

I dont think the stock turbo T25 can boost that high...it will ruin the turbo...it will max out at 13-14psi...I believe.

Invest in an hks actuator or just try shortening your vacuum lines on your manual boost controller.

A t25 can boost as high as 20 psi without blowing. It will ruin the turbo after a while though and I've noticed that anything higher than 14-16 psi is not noticeable.

I know a t25 can boost as high as 20 psi without blowing or damage because I've been having a boost spike problem for the past month myself where my boost quickly flies up to 20 psi and would hold all the way until redline. I fixed it by replacing my stock wastegate with the hks one. My stock one seems like it was messed up.

The T25 cannot support 14-15psi at redline. Everyone I have ever talked to said that it falls off after 5500+

That's only the people you've talked to. Mine held at 20 psi all the way until redline and didn't drop a single pressure. That's with stock actuator too.

Even before when I didn't have the boost spike problem, I would just use my boost controller and it'll still hold 14 psi all the way to redline.
