So I just got finished replacing the turbo inlet gasket and now at WOT I'm hitting 1.0kpa when it should be around .5 kpa. I've researched a little and I think it's an issue w the waste gate. Unfortunately it's late and way to hot to start poking around the turbo.

The idle is a tad rough but I think that's due to needing plugs and the maf plug needs to be tightened up, wires are a little loose in the plug. So what else could it be?

Ok fairly sure that its the wastegate that is stuck closed, I've checked over the motor and every thing is connected and tight( except for the coolant leak which doesnt matter cause i have to pull the turbo back out ugh..) and still boosting till 14 psi.

Yeah the actuator might of got stuck. Are you using internal or external? Maybe you can find a good HKS one for cheap. Im always looking for one for my 2871. But the stock one from garret is pretty good so far, and adjustable.

Internal stock T28, not sure if i wanna get a HKS one or not, i have a AVC-R just haven't had it hooked up yet and i don't want to have 2 boost controllers fighting each other.

Ok posting for other peoples future refrence. Called enjuku and placed an order for a HKS actuator and he said that running both would not be an issue. So hopefully my car will be working Saturday night YEAH only a week w/o a car.
