boost problem?

ok so before i would hit wot after 1800rpm and i would hit max boost of 12 to 13 psi in a instant but now when i hit wot 1800rpm it goes to stock boost lvl's and then creeps up to like 10psi.

didnt change anything mostly stock perrin manual boost controller, hybrid intercooler, k&n air filter, custom downpipe, apexi gtspec cat back, useing a apexi neo for a fuel controller
