Boost problem!

Well I tried to put the a/c belt on the pulley as I have all the wiring done on the SR20 with the KA compressor. Kragen gave me the wrong belt and when I finally got it all together I found that the belt was wrong. I had tightened all the bolts and everything because I had to go somewhere. I left the belt hanging on the pulley and left. The boost was kicking in fine for a while, but then it just stopped. I can't feel it anymore when it kicks in! Help!

did the belt hit something, shouldnt be related

No, didn't hit anything. I'm going to check my vacuum lines. It's only been like 15 minutes and already I'm suffering from boost withdrawl.
