Alrighty, here it is: 1990 240sx with sr20det s13 blacktop stock turbo, full downpipe back exhaust.

Good Vacuum(20 inches)Boosts 7 psi(stock)No boost leaks apparent, pulls pretty decent.

I installed a Greddy boost controller (profec type s)As far as I know, the vacuum lines are routed correctly, the left port goes to the FPR, boost controller and BOV. The right port goes to the boost controller solenoid (NO), and out of the solenoid(COM) goes to the wastegate.

The problem I am having is i can adjust the controller all the way up, all the way down, anywhere in between and i get no adjustment out of the boost. stays at stock 7psi. I may have the vacuum lines routed poorly, i'm not sure.

Got a little bit of oil out of the turbo, but i think just slight blowby, turbo boosts fine, doesnt seem leaky etc.

Any questions, comments, or concerns, and most importantly, suggestions are much appreciated.

Have you heard of any problems with the solenoids before? It was fresh out of a new box.

try redoin the vacuum lines like so.left port goes to fpr and also is teed off to the boost gauge.the right port goes only to the bov.you should also have a nipple on on of your charge pipes, near the turbo.this line goes to the wastegate, but you wanna tie the boost controller into thias line only.
