boost problem

my car wont build up boost. i hear the turbo spooling but i dont feel any boost, the boost gauge stays in the vacume part of the gaugenot really sure why i looked for leaks and i couldn't find any (it is the BD kit external wastegate t3/t4) also if i go past 3000 rpm and let off the gas it will stall out if anyone has any ideas let me know cause i am just gonna keep on trying to figure it out. thanks

check the sticky on the top of the KAT forum. It has directions on a DIY boost leak tester which will help you find your problem.
