don't know what a boost pressure sensor is but you can probably get away wihtout a gauge if you leave everything alone, when you start to get fmic, bigger turbo.. etc you probably want one

i was wonder if i needed it and if that was why the car runs rich,We changes ecu checked timing checking wiring only thing left is ecu but have no way of testing it also trace ect wireing and all good along with o2 but no codes are poping up.

Would my Ecu still light up if it was bad. Also i have a 62 but dosent have the lil sticker on it so if some on can post a pic would be nice.Ill print it then stick it on there.

While i have u here what is the lil siliond that orginal mounts on the same bracket as the ignighter.Has vacume lins on it and the guy never mounted it jus left it hanging.,

that is the stock boost controller that controlled by the ecu and the exhaust gas valve solenoid. You would kind of need those. How do you know it is running rich? Do you have an open air venting BOV?

get rid of that solenoid! you dont need any of that crap. who did your harness? i can totally re-do it so you know it wont be a wiring problem. i have been doing wiring coversions for a few years now and my harnesses are some of the best in the country. running rich can be so many things. it could be plugs, it could be a sensor, etc..

make sure that you tighten the ECU down all the way and push the ends in (the plug sometimes bananas out).

if you have a rich problem when in boost, maybe you have a boost leak somewhere? feel free to gimme a call, i will try to help you out best i can
