HEY GUYZ JUST HAVE A QUICK QUESTION ON TURBOS COULD FAULTY INTERCOOLER PIPING CREATE A BOOST LEAK ??THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Yes,

depending on what kind of piping and coupling.

if you have a welded pipe make sure the welds are clean, no holes in the piping.

if you have couplers that joins your pipes, make sure they are tight and that the couplers are not bad.

if you have vacuum holes from the hot and cold pipes that are not used, plug them up nice and tight.

i had a boost leak in my custom IC piping one time. it happen to be the welding.
