Alright here's me my problem - Im aiming for .9-1 bar of boost. In second gear I hit 1 then it quickly drops down to .5 bar at high rpms. In third gear this is the same. Can this mean my turbo is dying or is it a possible boost leak. Im also running rich. Can the ECU be getting a wrong reading from the boost leak? Ill be replacing all of my intercooler hose clamps with T-bolt clamps soon. Thanks in advance. Setup - S13 stock turbo, FMIC, etc.

upon further inspection - this mainly happens only in 2nd gear it goes to .9 and quickly to .5 around 6k rpms. if it was a boost leak i dont think it would be able to hold in the rest of the gears like it does. this is weird.

its not boost leak...its called a midget *** T25 turbo...the T25 wont hold much more than 8-10psi of boost past 5500-6000 RPMs...the turbo is just too small...if you get a T28 or bigger turbo it will hold boost straight to redline

Mine holds 14 psi to redline 7k rpm fine.

mine also holds 1 bar in 3rd and 4th. a full 1 bar.

its your boost controller (or as mentioned, possibly your actuator)
