well today i installed my cold pipe after trying to get the greddy cold pipe to work. nopi jerking me around with the damn cuplers so i can't use my greddy yet. well after taking it for a test drive my i hit 11.4psi what's up with that before it was only hitting 8psi i guess i had a boost leak well, now that i don't have a boost leak i need to figure out how to set my boost back to 8psi

this is what my setting looks like on the greddy profec B spec2Lo 17% Gain 10, set Gain 5Hi 15% Gain 15 Set Gain 90

umm what is your setup? do you have a mbc or any kind of bc? do you know what your wastegate spring is set at?

anyway a lot of mbc's i've found don't go lower than 10 psi.

i think it's obvious you don't have a ebc.

if you're running with no controller of any sort i guess you'll have to buy a different wastegate spring. check to make sure the vacuum passages to the wastegate are all in good shape, and that there are no vacuum leaks. this could very well be the problem ( the wastegate is just not opening).

check this first, and if not, then maybe you have either a wrong wastegate spring, or a faulty one....

spring is 5.8psi i think i got it i was turning up the set gain to get a higer boost but i would only hit that boost level once then the limmiter would kick in because the actual boost is controlled byt the set % the first option i feel so stupid but this manual is crappy.

It was pretty cold today wasn't it? IDK what the temp up in jacksonville was, but it was kinda chilly down here. I was having 8-9psi on my 6psi spring last night. I just used the right foot boost controller.

Check for cracks or leaks in the wastegate line.
