Hey all, I bought my TT with a tuned ECU installed and boost jets that haven't been installed yet. I'm only looking to make 300ish hp since it's going to be pretty much a dd for me, and I'm looking for opinions on whether I should just put them in or invest in an EBC.

I would install the boost jets, it's free and it's safe. If you install an EBC, you should also be prepared to upgrade injectors since the boost can exceed the stock injector duty cycle. I know a lot of people don't like boost jets, but they do work well.

i have the boost jets and no boost controller. the only issue you may run into is having to clean them... they have a tendancy to spike when they get clogged.... boost is great, jumps like 5 psi to 17 or 18, but not the best for the motor.

i had jets for awhile and upgraded to a ebc. jets are easy, but the boost will vary a bit based on a number of environmental factors. ebc is cool, but expensive. also, something you are paying for is the ability to adjust your boost, like a high and low. with stage 3, there is no need to adjust, just max boost all the time!

if you are just rolling stage III, i would just stay with the jets. they are cheap and effective.
