Maybe a noob question but, has anyone experienced this. When I first start my car I get 10psi (approx) with minimal idling to let it heat up... after driving it around for awhile, I get a max of 6-7psi, however if I pull off from a stop or even a rolling start (lower the gear and dump the clutch) and I don't give it enough gas... my car seems to go into limb mode where it hits 5psi and then immediately drops to 0 (or vacuum).I really don't understand... could it be related to oil pressure? All three situations happen at full throttle. The third almost feels like I flooded the engine... or a major stumble that doesnt go away for 10mins of driving OR if until I turn the engine off for 30seconds...

I can't really understand what you're saying, but first thing you do is check for boost leaks

A boost leak was the first thing I looked for. Using two different gauges the boost remains constant. It only seems like I receive these issues under very specific situations.

1st one being:10PSI boost when car is heated up for 5mins and driven for less 20mins. After 20mins of driving it goes into the next situation (OR if it has been driven HARD for 5mins...aka it hits 10psi of boost more than twice)

2nd one being:5-7psi boost after either condition of the above situation has been satisfied, aka either driven for 20mins or driven hard for 5mins.

3rd one being:5psi boost then drops off to 0psi, aka doesn't maintain boost. Almost like a limp mode. If I give the car gas at a stop the car revs fine... boost climbs slowly, the car feels like it almost starts to stall, and then around 5500rpm it jumps to 5psi for a second....then obviously i need to s***... and the boost climbs very slowly in all other gears but always drops to 0 once reaching 5psi. It never maintains boost. If I drive with a constant acceleration, 50% throttle, for 3mins or so...it seems to fix itself...AND if I turn off the car, for instance at a red light, the problem magically resets itself. At first I thought it was a vacuum issue, hence shutting down the car fixes the issue, same with constant acceleration, but my monitoring gauge suggests something else.
