Ok, I just went and bought a manual controller. Everything was fine, still needed to fine tune it. Most boost I was getting was 5PSI.. So I figured for now thats fine..

Well the other day, I had to go pick my brother up I started to climb a hill down shifted into 4th, than out of no where, there was a loud pop, slight air hiss ( like a BOV, but i have stock setup ), after this happen, depending at this point.. You start building boost and anywhere between 0 to 2 psi she starts losing power.. I have tried multiple settings on the boost controller, same thing it wont climb past 3 PSI..

Now, today I went a friends house, same thing seems like the more the warmer the engine the worse it get's.. I stopped at a stop sign coming back home, and started smelling like burnt exhaust, looked out my passenger side window and I started seeing smoke, got it home parked it, popped the hood and smoke started rolling from between the firewall and motor..

Checked the oil, and its good, hasnt burnt a drop or leaked a drop.. I haven't yet checked the intercooler's nor the turbo shaft's themselves yet.. But you can still hear both turbo's spool.. So I am at a lost.. :gotme

maybe you blew off a ic piping hose or vac hose. check all hoses, possibly a pcv hose. what did the smoke smell like. and what color was it?

Haven't checked hose's yet, leaks nothing other than some power steering fluid.. Also there seemed to be a tremedous amount of heat coming from the rear of the engine where the smoke was starting to come from... But temp stay'd normal did not over heat

I'm checking into this post, same exact thing happened to me today. After a few digs/rolls my car was acting the same, Drive and Reverse are super sluggish and it feels super rough like bad idle. Smoke pours out as well when I go to check, and the smell of gas can be smelled. Engine has no low end but will jump up once there's more boost built. A tech buddy of mine suggested this air/vacuum leak as well, but as to where I'm not sure. Smokes in the same place, no power/boost as well.

I am with everyone else, vacuum/boost leak. Best thing you can do is apply pressure into the system. You can make your own, but here is a Boost Leak Tester, Just make sure you don't add too much pressure into the system, no more than 7psi. Im sure you can go more but this is a safety number I personally have found.
