my car is running pretty good except for a problem i have with the boost. right now i have a blitz ebc and all the boost settings are set at 0. it gets to 10lbs at around 4800 @wot and keeps going up from there (its gotten to 13 @ around 5.5k). any ideas on what is wrong and what i can do to fix it?

Unhook the EBC. Hook up a MBC that you know works and check your wastegate for functionality. You have an external wastegate? What turbo? If the wastegate has a problem you'll know.

Like he said, disconnect the boost controller, and watch a boost gauge to see how it operates without the EBC.

What other exhaust side mods do you have? Just wondering

Turns out I had a massive boost/vac leak from my junkass turbo XS blowoff valve.

I pulled it and capped the hole and now boost is rock solid.

I also gained another 5psi of vac. at idle.

i have a 3" turboback exhaust. what if i disconnect the ebc, and run the wastegate vacuum straight to the pipe where the other vacuum line is, would that work? right now the boost controller out hose is going to the wastegate, and the in line is coming from my ic pipe.
