Will it help at all for N/A aplications or just Turbo? Does it retain the emission stuff?

I'd say that it would help for NA 240's because it flows better. However, to get the most gains, turbo is the way to go.(as always )

Oh.. and as for the boxiness... I'm not sure about this, but the boxiness of the plenum may help amplify the resonations because the air wave is being reflected on something flat rather than something round. That's just my speculation....

The only concern I have is with the runner to flange section. The runners don't appear to be port matched. If they are not, it will seriously disrupt air flow and you can forget about air velocity. But you can't see anything from the new pic. So PJ may have already corrected the problem.

we will get some pics up pretty soon we addressed alot of issues we had and there is still some more to tackle in the future our main concern now was getting a proto done we could start collecting data on and see if there was any more adjustments needed before we get the jigs finalized this week for production. as i said before protos are not cheap and we try to learn as much from each one as possible before we build another athough we think we got this one nailed down as long as the flow # come in decent enough so i guess we will see. boost designs

I'm curious, will you have intake mani's for the ka24e, or will this mani support ka24e?

Thanks!

Well I'm excited to say the least. On a side note...Have you ever considered a metalic puddy for inside of the runners to smooth out area's that may be rough. Not that it's needed to much on a short straight runner like the 240. But in general, I ask cause I know a guy that works for Bennet Racing(all Fords) he uses a puddy of some type to improve flow in certain area's. Just wondering what your take was.

Sounds great, and just for the sake of professionalism, ingested is spelled with a G, not a J

I second that motion please produce a KA24e mani as well, just change the flange and the mating of specific throttle vaccum placements etc and BAM you got a mani

YYAAYYY. See Super Dooper Sponsor? . How many people would you need to have an interest in it to actually create this manifold? Perhaps you can gauge interest with some sort of group buy for the ka24e?

You have 2 so far .

Do you mean how the license is edited out, but the address # is reflected off the rear window? Or is irony some kind of new animal/insect? haha, j/k.

If not, no, no one sees it.
