Boost cut solenoid and electric fan wiring(RB25)

Where do the lines on the boost cut solenoid connect to . I know one should connect to the actuator(?) and there is another nipple (hole) on one of the pipes under the Intercooler pipes. the tird connection i guess should go on one of the intercooler pipes. I don't have the pipe that has that hole so from what i read i can T it off of the line by the fuel pressure regulator. If those are the connections, can somebody tell me which one connects to which vacuum line on the solenoid. if not, i'd like to know where to connect them to.

For the electric fans, I heard that the S13s have a temp sensor in the radiator pipe that they can use to kick on the electric fans using a relay. is there anything i can use to do the same on the S14 or am i suck with using a switch or keeping them on all the time. i did not see any wiring by the radiator.

One other thing. I had to take the Charcoal canister out to fit my SMIC piping in so what are the effects of not re-connecting it and clossing off its connections. i know for a fact that the lines that are supposed to run to the tank are rusted off and broken so they don't even get to the fuel tank.

I know i tend to type a little too much in my posts but i'm trying to get it as clear as possible, so sorry for the excessive reading.
