boost controller

aight i have a apexi avcr boost controller. i m wondering if some one can tell me the setting for 7psi. the avcr reads stup in kg/cm2 i need to know what that is in 7psi i believe i figured it to be like .41 something ... but i also need to know the duty setting.. please help if you can thx
