boost controller?

Well.. I'm almost done ordering stuff to do my swap (again) and one of the last things I'd like to get is a boost controller. I'm having trouble deciding which one to get and just wanted to find out what you guys reccomend. I only want to turn it up to about 10-12psi for now, however I plan on getting supporting mods (injectors, maf, maybe NIStune, headgasket etc..) in the future to possibly run more. My choices are these controllers, but I'm open to hear suggestions about any other types.

So far my list of new goodies includes Nismo mounts, slave, pivot ball, new Greddy LS spec intercooler kit, new suction pipe from pipingpro.com, walbro 255, Blitz DD bov (recirc'd), greddy o2 housing, rsr downpipe, hks cat back, innovate lm-1 wideband and the last thing i need right now is the boost controller!! THANKS!!
