no with this incabin boost controller. it has a tee that goes between the boost source and the wastegate. the third one o nthe tee goes to the boost controller. the extra hose coming off the boost controller is to leak pressure of so the actuater wont fill up as fast inabling you to increase boost. it goes back into the engin bay so it wont leak the air out in the cabin. with mine i just put a little 6 inch peice of hose on it and let it leak out i nthe cabin because i didnt feel like running it back through the fire wall again.CoupedUp wrote:No, one side goes from boost source(Hot Pipe) the other goes out to the wastegate.
this is true, well not nessicarliy spiking, but having the boost not exact. you cant set it exactly. mine is a temporary thing until i get an electronnic boost controller. the manual incabin boost controller is nice for adjusting the boost at will, but it isnt nessisarily a reiable way to increase boost.fc3sdrifter121 wrote:I'd be alittle nervous having that routed to inside,I remember reading something about the longer the lines are the more prone it is to spiking
