Boost controller opinions?

Alright guys, I'm debating about getting an ebc but can't decide on which one. The ones I've narrowed my search to are the following:

Greddy Profec E-01http://www.greddy.com/prod_profecE01.htm

Greddy Profec B spec 2http://www.greddy.com/prod_profecb2.htm

The HKS unit I've found to be actually a bit more expensive than the E-01 from local shops, but the E-01 looks damn cool. But I'm somewhat worried about the possible need to hook the profec e-01 to the e-manage e-01. I don't wanna get reamed by accessories but at the same time I want something that's pretty easy to tune. Looking at the profec b spec 2, it's the cheapest out of the line up, but I've heard of some guys having some trouble with their tuning. I'm pretty new to boost controllers so anyone have some time to give me the rundown on these models or their personal experiences?

I recently got the Profec Bspec II. You have to play with it, but it seems to be doing a great job for me. I plan on going Power FC next summer, so I decided the cheaper one would do.

SoCalS14, were there any quirks to the profec 2 that come to mind?

Only that I did nto know the default screen, or the boost display screen, is where you adjust your target boost...I am not sure if that makes sense, but there is a really good write-up on Fresh Alloy...I used his instructions and was able to program a great setting...here it is...

"HI" settingsboost display: 25%gain: 10%set gain : .6Kpa

This works well for me, I am boosting in the .7 range...which is perfect for my setup...I still have stock injectors...
