Right now my motor is still on stock boost, using the factory PCM unit. I have tried following the lines off the wastegate acuators, but they dont seem to run to the PCM. So how would I go about installing an aftermarket boost controller, and bypassing the PCM?

you sure about that? basically put the boost controller between the plenum and the wastegate actuators. this will disconnect the PCM too. what other info do you need?

the rb26 factory wastegate hard lines run to a factory boost solenoid under the intake plenum. since you still have twins you have to T off the wastegate lines under the intake plenum to the new boost controler and run a vacum source or boost source off the IC piping and do the nessary wiring and you should be good
