well i just bought a hallman boost controller and it works great...well i thought it did...

i turned it like 3 or 4 turns and it was on 11 psi where i wanted it for a smic...

well i just got a new hotpipe and i thought i could turn it up more...well i turn it more and the boost is staying the same...

do i need a HKS actuater or something??

you should not need another actuator. can you post pics of your setup or diagram it.

BTW, with a hot pipe you do NOT get the green light to turn up the boost. Its the intercooler that you need to worry about. And the more warm air you force into a larger hotpipe the worse off the factory ic is going to be. Did you get an FMIC? If not you should just leave it. The factory intercooler is not going to provide to much assistance if you are running hard for long periods. It will get hot.
