Does anyone use to own a turboX's manual dual stage boost controller?

Recently took it of a 240, however it does not have any electronic wiring that originally came with it. The previous owner pretty much had it in the engine bay connected to the turbo and wastegate.

Now I started testing this and trying to come up with my own wiring diagram. Before I throw this on my 240.

My question is, is there some continuity for the pins down below? I pretty much tried connector to connector and all I get is Overload
no matter what connector I hook up together.

No continuity at all.. Is there suppose to be one? If so then this control is busted :(

thanks brotha. I already know how to do this installation.

Just really looking for if theres anyone who knows if my turboxs is still good or bad.

Thats why I was asking about the continuity for the pins. Because right now no matter what pins I touched it shows no continuity

meaning the internal electrical might be shot, but Im just not sure if thats how it was made or not
